Dell Vostro 3500 Review - Check Out the Innovative New Laptop From Dell

We have the honor of presenting you, our readers, our very own Dell Vostro 3500 review. We have just finished testing the notebook, and here are the results. First, we need to congratulate Dell for another job well done. Users can feel the power of this notebook by simply taking a look at its amazing design, modern looks, and stylish and elegant lines. The designers really did a great job, but does this laptop provide the performance we need? This is why we tested it, to see is it really delivered what its technical specs and price had promised. So, let's see how it did when put through all of our tests.

Our Dell Vostro 3500 review starts with the central processing unit, a logical choice given the fact that it is the most important part of the laptop. We were surprised by the Intel Core i5 processor working at a speed of 2.4 GHz, with a large L2 cache of 3 MB. We know that these CPUs are quite potent, and this one proved to be the same. It managed to pass all our tests without encountering any problems. This is why, in our Dell Vostro 3500 review, we are proud to award 10 points out of a maximum of 10 to the processor and its performance and speed.

The next component we tested was the memory, a component that determines the computer's speed. We were thrilled by the 4 GB of DDR3 random access memory (or RAM), working at a great speed of 1333 MHz. Further more, power users have the option of upgrading to the maximum capacity of no less than 8 GB of DDR3. The 4 GB passed our tests with amazing speed due to the technology used and their speed. This is why we proudly award another 10 points to the Dell Vostro 3500. The hard disk drive, a 320 GB unit spinning at 7200 rotations per minute provided enough space for all our media files and games, while positively impacting the performance of the notebook. WE give it the maximum of 10 points again!

The integrated video card managed to output clear and crisp graphics on the nice 15.6 inch display at a maximum resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. We did not encounter any problems whatsoever, although this notebook is unable to run the latest titles in the gaming industry due to video card limitations. We can only give the card and display 8 points out of 10 in out objective Dell Vostro 3500 review.

After testing this notebook, we concluded in our Dell Vostro 3500 review that it is clearly worth the money. Great processing power, high speed RAM, and a large and fast HDD are just some of its benefits. The only problem was with the video card which was unable to run the latest games.
