HP Pavilion p7xt - The Machine Without Boundaries

Ever since the laptops came into existence, people have been more intrigued with portability and convenience, to the extent that the demand for the desktops has gone down a bit. However, it is important to note that the HP Pavilion p7xt is definitely not one of those computers that will be will be ignored simple because of the fact that it is not that portable. The reason why I am saying this is because this is a great computer that offers a lot of benefits and it is an extremely affordable machine that will justify one forgoing the portability and the convenience for the sake of laying one’s hands on this great toy.

Although $500 is some huge amount to spend on a desktop, it is still within the “low range” price. However, the functionalities of the computer are anything but low-range. To begin with, the computer boasts of the second-generation processors. The processor that you will go with in the basic configuration is the Intel Core i3 processor, while the one that you will go with in the most advanced configuration of the HP Pavilion p7xt is none other than the Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500S quad-core processor [2.7GHz, 6MB cache.] Apart from the Hyper-threading technology that is found in the second-generation processors and which allow the computer to handle multiple tasks at the same time, the second-generation processors are also known for their TurboBoost technology which ensures that your computer can speed up its performance when the task ahead of it is very big, and it can slow down when the task is low, so that you can be high on efficiency.

Apart from the sandy-bridge processor, the HP Pavilion p7xt has got a range of DDR3 memories for you to select from, the highest capacity being the 8GB Memory stick. The hard drive comes in the choices of the 500GB, the 1TB, and the 1.5TB. The capacity of the different hard drives is very high, and is very necessary if you are someone who would like to store a lot of information in your computer, or you would like to install a lot of programs in the computer.

Many of the other things that come with the computer are optional. In fact, if you would like to walk away with what the manufacturer calls the “recommended configuration,” you will be advised to pay at least $913. However, the basic configuration will be able to do very well if you are the average computer user.

For practical reasons, it is quite difficult for anyone to write everything about this machine in a short HP Pavilion p7xt review. However, if you would like to get the HP Pavilion p7xt I would advise you to lay your hands on it as soon as it is possible.
