Run Your Car With Water - Fraudulent MythsHHO conversion kits, also known as run your car with water kits, are currently being distributed around the world. While many people report enormous success with those kits, others, often people who never tried to use them, claim they are fraudulent and don't work. Very often, the claims of the water for gas opposition are very weak. They do not stand the test of reality. Here are some common claims by people who think water for fuel kits are a scam. Safety is a common issue in the claims. They claim that "run your car with water" kits are a hazard because they deal with hydrogen, and hydrogen is an explosive gas. This claim does have a point. Hydrogen is indeed a highly explosive gas that combusts with the slightest contact with oxygen. However, water for gas kits produce hydrogen on demand, and that hydrogen is burned immediately. No hydrogen is stored, so there is no risk of explosion. Damaging the engine is another reason people criticize HHO conversion kits. Once again, this comes from people who never tried using any conversion kit. The truth is that HHO conversion kits are perfectly safe to the engine and they do no harm. Those systems are external, and they can be easily removed if any problem occurs. Claiming for dangers and damages without trying has a name: lying. Self appointed physicists are also claiming there is no way water for gas systems work. Since water electrolysis and burning hydrogen are two reverse processes, it is true that burning the hydrogen cannot produce any more energy than the energy invested in the electrolysis. However, water for gas systems are meant to reduce the workload of the engine and thus save fuel. The energy for the water electrolysis comes from the car's battery, not the engine. This way the engine works less and consumes less fuel while still producing the same amount of energy.
